Mimi Omokri

Mimi has had very diverse experience in sales and marketing spanning about a decade. She started off as Account Executive at Endsleigh Insurance Services Ltd, United Kingdom from where she moved to American Express as Product Manager for four years before joining Iroko as Head of Global Patnerships. Mimi moved on from Iroko to Jumia Group as Head of Marketing and Partnerships. Mimi is currently the Director of Commercial Solutions at the Sub-Saharan Division of Mastercards and she has served in that capacity for almost three years. She has a degree in international accounting, Finance and Strategy from the University of Sussex, UK

Tominiyi Oni

(HR Director, Friesland Campina- makers of Peak Milk)

Tominiyi has had over two decades of management level experience in Human Resource Management. He started off at Price Waterhouse Cooper before joining British Council as Human Resources Manager and later Guiness Nigeria PLC as Organization Development Manager. He worked with Shell SPDC across multiple functions in Nigeria, UK, Netherlands and Norway. He was previously HR Advisor to Securities and Exchange Commission before joining Friesland Campina as Director of Human Resources. Tominiyi is responsible for driving the people growth strategies and positive work culture at Friesland which is gradually making the company a destination of choice for best talents in the country.

Ayodele Olatiregun

(CFO, Radix Pension)

Ayodele has over 20 years work experience in accounting, finance and strategy. He became a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) in 2002, and after a 10-year involvement in IT, he made a career switch to Accounting and Finance. Ayodele holds a First Class Honours degree in Applied Accounting from the Oxford Brookes University, U.K. and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and an Authorized Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Stock Exchange, a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA, UK). He also holds the ACCA Postgraduate Diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Prior to joining IGI Pension Fund Managers in March 2017, Ayodele has over 6 years' senior management experience in the Nigerian pension industry with AIICO Pension Managers Limited (APML). Ayodele is a multidisciplinary professional whose training and experience have spanned accounting, auditing, Information Technology, Financial Reporting, Financial Analysis, Investment Research and Pension Operations.
Mr. Olatiregun is a trainer, coach and mentor to over 500 successful finance professionals around the world. He is currently Chief Finance Officer at Radix Pension (Formerly IGI).

Ndubusis Ekekwe
(Phd), Harvard Business Review

Ndubusi is about one of the best Nigerian exports to Silicon Valley. He holds two doctoral and four master’s degrees including a PhD in electrical & computer engineering from the Johns Hopkins University, USA. He has worked with the Analog Devices Corp, USA. In Analog Devices, he worked in the team that designed a generation accelerometer for the iPhone, and he created the company’s first wafer level chip scale package for inertial sensor.
He is presently a technology advisor to many multinationals across the world, governments and the military. He is a content curator at the Harvard Business Review, and previously served in the United States National Science Foundation Engineering Research Center E&D Committee for four years. He was a PACE Chairman and Gold Chairman of IEEE Boston section. Prof Ekekwe is a non-executive member of the Board of Directors, Temple & AegeanDas, a Lagos investment banking firm. He is a Co-Chairman of JPL Financial Group, a California-based financial advisory firm which syndicates capital for projects in Africa. He is the Chairman o f FASMICRO Group, a technology advisory firm based out of the US. He keynotes regularly in technology and innovation events across the world. Here He gave the second Keynote at The recently concluded Tony Elumelu Entrepreneurial event which gathered 1,000 entrepreneurs from across Africa.
